Rosa flor. 'Intrigue' (purple)

This purple-flowered beauty boasts a tree-form habit, offering a striking vertical element to any garden. Hardy in USDA Zones 5-9, it thrives in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 95°F. The richly hued, fragrant flowers bloom prolifically in purplish shades, creating a stunning display complemented by dark green, glossy foliage. While it doesn’t provide notable fall color, its persistent blooms extend seasonal interest. This tree rose prefers well-drained, slightly acidic to neutral soils and benefits from full sun exposure. With a mature height of approximately 4-6 feet, it's an ideal choice for small spaces or as a focal point in a mixed border. It has moderate deer resistance and produces no significant fruits, allowing the richly colored blooms to take center stage. Perfect for creating an elegant or formal garden feature.
