About this plant
Acer palmatum dissectum 'Garnet' is an elegant, cascading Japanese maple cultivar renowned for its finely-cut, lace-like foliage. Its deep garnet-red leaves retain their bold color throughout the growing season before transitioning to stunning crimson tones in autumn. This deciduous tree has a distinctive weeping habit, making it an excellent focal point for containers, small gardens, or alongside water features. It thrives in cooler climates and offers year-round interest with its layered structure, even when bare in winter.
