About this plant
This vigorous and disease-resistant shrub rose boasts a compact, upright habit with a mature height of 3-4 feet, making it ideal for borders, hedges, or as a standalone feature. Thriving in USDA hardiness zones 5-9, it prefers full sun and well-drained, nutrient-rich soil for optimal growth. Its cheerful, bright yellow double blooms add a striking pop of color to gardens from late spring through frost, accompanied by a light fragrance. The glossy green foliage provides a lovely contrast to the flowers and displays minimal fall coloration. While the plant is not known for attracting deer, it is deer-tolerant, making it a reliable option for deer-prone areas. Minimal to no fruit production allows all the focus to remain on its dazzling blooms. This rose is perfect for those seeking radiant beauty with low maintenance.
