About this plant
This fragrant shrub rose boasts a compact, bushy habit and is perfect for gardens or borders. It is recommended for zones 5–9 and thrives in temperatures between 15°F to 95°F, withstanding occasional cold snaps. Its delightful, lemon-yellow blooms feature a cupped shape and emit a rich, fruity fragrance, making it an elegant choice for any landscape. The glossy, mid-green foliage has minimal fall color, focusing all attention on its flowers. This rose prefers well-drained, fertile soil and requires regular watering and full sun exposure for optimal growth. It typically reaches a mature height of 4 feet and spreads 3–4 feet wide. This rose is moderately deer-resistant, making it suitable for gardens prone to browsing animals. Perfect for adding a romantic, classic touch to any gardening space.
