About this plant
Paeonia lactiflora 'Jadwigar' is a delightful perennial plant boasting a charming habit with large, lush pink blossoms. Recommended for hardiness in zones 3 through 8, this peony thrives in cool to temperate climates, preferring a temperature range of 45°F to 75°F. It offers tremendous visual appeal with its vibrant spring blooms adorning gardens with waves of color. Although deer may occasionally browse, they tend to avoid peonies in favor of other foliage. The 'Jadwigar' variety matures to a height of approximately 24 to 36 inches, making it a striking addition to any planting arrangement. Suitable for cutting gardens, borders, and as a singular focal point, this peony is indeed a captivating choice for any garden display.
