About this plant
Paeonia lactiflora 'Celebrity' is a stunning perennial known for its eye-catching, large blooms of soft pink and white. This peony showcases a bushy habit, thriving best in USDA hardiness zones 3 through 8. It prefers a full sun to part shade location with well-drained soil, making it hardy and adaptable to a variety of garden settings. This cultivar typically grows to a height of 24 to 36 inches, creating a substantial presence in any garden bed. It offers moderate deer resistance, adding an extra layer of protection from browsing animals. When matured, it can weigh between 20 to 30 pounds, factoring in its lush foliage and blooms. An ideal choice for cut flowers and landscape borders, 'Celebrity' also enjoys cooler climates, enhancing its bloom quality and longevity.
