About this plant
Helleborus HGC 'LISANN', commonly known as a Lenten Rose, is an evergreen perennial prized for its robust habit and long-lasting blooms. Recommended for hardiness in USDA zones 4 through 9, this plant flourishes in the cooler temperatures of early spring. It features exquisite, nodding white flowers that gradually take on pink hues as they age, creating a captivating display in shaded garden beds. "LISANN" remains compact, reaching a mature height of about 12 to 15 inches. This deer-resistant variety is perfect for woodland gardens, offering a wealth of visual interest when few other plants are in bloom. Ideal for moisture-retentive, well-drained soil, this Helleborus is a reliable choice for ground cover or for adding winter and early spring color to borders.
