Grass, Hakonechloa m. 'Aureola'

This ornamental grass showcases a cascading, mounded habit with striking arching foliage in vibrant gold with thin green stripes, adding a luminous, flowing texture to the landscape. Hardy in USDA Zones 5-9, it thrives in partial to full shade and prefers cool, moist, well-draining soil enriched with organic matter. Falling within moderate temperature ranges, it performs best in temperate conditions without extreme heat. In fall, the foliage takes on delicate tones of reddish bronze, enhancing its seasonal appeal.
