About this plant
Eupatorium purpureum EUPHORIA™ Ruby PPAF, commonly known as Joe Pye Weed, is a robust herbaceous perennial that thrives in a clump-forming habit. This magnificent plant is recommended for USDA hardiness zones 4-9, where it prospers in temperatures from -30°F to 30°F. EUPHORIA™ Ruby flaunts captivating ruby-red flowers that bloom in late summer, attracting butterflies and pollinators to the garden. Growing to an impressive height of 3-4 feet, it stands as a splendid addition to mixed borders or naturalized areas. With moderate deer resistance, this plant is a reliable choice for communities plagued by browsing deer. Its unique coloration and towering presence make it a standout feature in any landscape design.
