About this plant
Coreopsis BIG BANG™ 'Sun Splash' PP27637 is a striking perennial known for its vibrant red and yellow daisy-like flowers that beautifully adorn gardens throughout the blooming season. This stunning plant has a compact and mounding habit, making it ideal for adding color to sunny borders or containers. Recommended for hardiness zones 5 through 9, it thrives in full sun and can tolerate a range of temperatures, withstanding both summer heat and mild frost. The 'Sun Splash' variety exhibits deer resistance, making it a reliable choice for gardens in areas with deer activity. Typically reaching a mature height of 18 to 24 inches, this Coreopsis is an excellent option for gardeners looking to attract butterflies and bees while enjoying its low-maintenance beauty.
