About this plant
Chamaecyparis ob. 'Verdoni', commonly known as Verdoni False Cypress, is a compact conifer with striking golden-yellow foliage that remains vibrant year-round, offering excellent color contrast in landscapes. Its dense, upright, pyramidal form makes it ideal as a specimen plant or for mixed borders. The foliage is soft-textured and slightly feathery, adding dynamic texture to gardens. Verdoni thrives in well-drained soils and can act as an accent plant in various garden designs. Its slow growth rate ensures it maintains a manageable size, perfect for smaller spaces.
