Upright clumping, perennial grass can be used as a specimen, hedge or screen. Unique foliage is mottled with horizontal, yellow bands. Pale yellow flower plumes are displayed fall to winter, aging to beige. Grows 7' high and 5' wide. Hardy to -20* F.
